Design 1620 Wayward Wind
It seems to me here we have a design that was created for a proposed semi-production run at a local wooden boatbuilder using modern techniques. I cant tell you if any boats were ever built. The builder was R. Hamann & Sons of Carmel, New York. The year was 1961.
It looks like a modern day version of a Stone Horse.
